A family run business

Hi, I’m Holly! Up until a couple of years ago, my mum Lesley ran the site as a caravan club certified location. I am moving back to the farm after 16 years away and I am really excited for my first season running the campsite. I am also going to be growing some veg in the corner of the field so you’ll see me pottering around near the polytunnel.

Our family has been on this farm for over a century and we are passionate about being good land stewards. We are fortunate to share our home with barn owls, red kites, buzzards, kestrels, tawny owls, hares, bats, and many more.

Historically a working farm, nowadays Lesley manages the farm buildings as an industrial estate, with units rented out for private storage and a couple of small businesses. There are plenty of people about, but they’re a friendly bunch.

We offer a choice of pitches, from hard standing with electric hookups for caravans and campervans, to lush grass pitches for tents, to fully serviced glamping in an exquisitely furnished bell tent overlooking a wildlife pond. We have a communal washing up station and field kitchen, showers, compost loos and a charging point as well as a shared fire pit for all our pitches. Our bell tent pitch has its own compost loo, fire pit and picnic bench.

This patch of land holds a very dear place in our hearts - me and my husband Dave had our wedding celebration here in 2019.

Collectively, we have a wealth of experience in this part of the world and would love to show you what it has to offer. Check out our ‘Things to do’ page for some ideas.

We are usually around if you need help with anything, but otherwise we’ll leave you to it. Please don’t hesitate to ask me any questions, and I would love your feedback and reviews.
